Creating a user

A list of all the users can be found in the side bar under Settings->Users, here you can select which user you would like to review for deletion. You can use the search filter in the top right to find your results faster.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a button titled 'Add new user' this will take you to the user creation page.

You will see all of the details associated to a user, fill these in carefully but don't worry we can edit these later if we make a mistake.

The password will valid for strength, if you entered password is not strong enough you will be prompted with a warning explaining why it didn't pass the strength test.

The business units you select for a user will determine which parts they are able to see, Parts launched by a business will be visible only to that business.

The role you assign a user decides the level of access they have to the portal and app, general users will cover most people with admin and ceva as special cases.
