Advanced Searches

The Advanced Search function allows you to find assets (that have been detected at least once) using criteria like serial or part number, current location, and user-defined attributes. Think of Advanced Search as a way to run a report that provides you with real time data. Save the search and re-run it every time you need an up to date understanding of your assets.

Filter your results further by adding layers of search parameters.

Search against the parameters below:

• Asset Serial Number

• Part Number

• Last Seen Location

• Days since Launch

• Time At

• Launched By

• Detection Source

• Battery

• Business

• Building

• Zone

• Temperature​

• ​Humidity​

• ​Asset Flags​

• Attributes ​

You can search for exact matches or partial matches. The map tab displays the locations of found assets, and results can be exported using the Export button. Users with fluid level monitors can access can search additional fields, such as 'fluid level.'

The search results table includes default columns and extra columns for each parameter you searched.

An example search 1:

How many assets are in zone 'X'.

That have not moved in 24 hours.

That are marked with the asset flat 'urgent'
